Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full before your order has been shipped.

All Sales Are Final

Once the order has been shipped, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method (cash, credit, or debit) under normal circumstances. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

 


Returns Are Subject to Approval

Although all sales are final, we understand exceptions may apply. If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, you may request a return authorization.
To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, clear photo evidence, and a short explanation of the issue.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns must be sent back within 15 days after approval.
Shipping and taxes are non-refundable. Original shipping fees (Standard $9.99, Bulky $18.99, Expedited $19.99) are not eligible for credit or refund.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

 


Store Credit Only – No Monetary Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
We do not offer:
  • Cash or card refunds
  • Refunds on original shipping charges
  • Refunds on sales tax
Store credit is issued once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
