Thank you for shopping with Alcosta. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a clear and fair return process. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All products purchased from Alcosta are considered final sale. This means that we do not offer cash, debit, or credit card refunds under normal circumstances. We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions and details before placing your order.

Returns Are Subject to Approval

While all sales are final, we understand that exceptions may arise. If you believe your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, you may request a return. However, all returns must be authorized by our customer service team in advance.
To request a return authorization:

  • Include your order number, photo evidence of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Important: Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Store Credit Only – No Monetary Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. This credit can be used towards any future purchase on our store.
We do not offer:
  • Cash refunds
  • Credit/debit card refunds
  • Original shipping cost refunds
Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified via email once your credit is available.

Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To qualify for store credit, returned items must meet the following conditions:
  • Unused & Unworn: Products must be in their original, unused condition. Clothing must not be worn or washed. Skateboards and accessories must not be assembled or ridden.
  • Original Packaging: All original tags, stickers, boxes, bags, and packaging must be included and intact.
  • No Odors or Damage: Items must be free of smoke, perfume, pet hair, stains, or any sign of wear.
  • Timeframe: Items must be shipped back to us within 15 days of return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Final sale items
  • Consumables (e.g., rolling papers, vape products, lighters, incense)
  • Items marked “non-returnable” in the product description
  • Gift cards or promotional credit

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue.
  • We’ll prioritize your case and, if applicable, issue store credit or a replacement item.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are missing or stolen. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly or filing a police report for stolen mail. Shipping insurance, if purchased, may help recover such losses.
