Shipping Coverage
- United States only
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Options (U.S. Only)
Regular Products
Ground Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5–8 business days
- Shipping cost are calculated at checkout level based on the product weight, dimensions, and shipping address
Bulky Products
The following collections are considered bulky items:
- Decks
- Roller Skates
- Trading Cards
- Kicks
Actual shipping cost and delivery time are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, product weight and dimensions.
Order Verification & Quality Assurance
Every order is carefully inspected for quality and accuracy before packaging. We may take photos or videos during the packing process to ensure correct order fulfillment and protection for both our customers and AlcostaShop.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
For orders over $150, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for added security.
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.
- Our backend system generates all applicable taxes.
- The final tax amount is displayed before payment completion.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the total order amount, including taxes, before checkout.
Store Pickup (Walnut Creek, CA)
Local customers may select Store Pickup at checkout — 100% free.
- Pickup Hours: Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Orders are typically ready within 1 hour of placement
- You will receive a confirmation email or phone call when your order is ready
- Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID

- A tracking email will be sent once your order ships
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active

Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
AlcostaShop is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but reported as missing. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier or local authorities if necessary.
If shipping insurance was purchased, it may help cover eligible losses.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please verify all shipping details before completing your order.
