1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing delays may occur during high-volume sales or restock periods, but we always aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We currently only ship within the United States. Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method.
United States
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–6 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
- Local Pickup: Available free of charge for customers in the Walnut Creek, CA area. You will be contacted via email or phone with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local laws or product type (e.g., lithium batteries, certain smoking accessories).
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

- Include your order number and photographic evidence of damage, if applicable.
Incorrect Address
- We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
- Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
